Employee engagement

Plant a company forest and give employees trees as rewards and/or recognition.

Employee engagement

Elevate your employee rewards, recognition, and engagement strategies with an eco-friendly approach. Present your employees with the gift of trees from your company forest. Employees can track their own trees in mesmerizing 3D and see where they are in the company forest, fostering a sense of belonging and community. Employees can even plant trees themselves, which can become part of the company’s forest.

The four steps are:

  1. Create an account on the EcoMatcher platform here. It is easy!
  2. You can purchase trees with the NGO/foundation of your choice on our website’s Trees Shop or email us if you want to plant a forest in your name (minimum of 1,000 trees).
  3. With EcoMatcher’s TreeManager, you can easily gift trees to your employees. EcoMatcher also offers APIs for integration.
  4. In your EcoMatcher account, you can learn everything about your trees with your own Impact Report, including the C02 sequestration and the location of all your trees.

For companies using Microsoft Teams, EcoMatcher offers the free EcoMatcher App for Microsoft Teams, enabling employees to plant and track trees, without leaving Microsoft Teams. Learn more here.
